SMS Communications

If you choose to add a phone number to your account, you explicitly consent to receive SMS notifications about your swim meet activities. These may include:

• Heatsheet processing completion notifications
• Swim meet timeline alerts
• Event reminders and updates
• Account verification codes

Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by removing your phone number from your account settings or by replying STOP to any message. SMS is only available to Pro subscribers.

We use Twilio as our SMS service provider. Phone numbers are verified through SMS before activation to ensure we have your consent and that you own the number.

How We Use Your Information

Your personal information is used solely to provide and improve SwimDeets services, including processing heatsheets, sending relevant notifications, and providing customer support. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate SwimDeets, including Firebase for authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and Twilio for SMS delivery. These services have their own privacy policies and security measures.

Analytics

We collect anonymous usage statistics to understand which features are useful and improve the site. These analytics do not contain personal data and cannot be used to identify you.
